Each quarter, we close the office for a day-long retreat to get away from our desks and spend quality time collaborating and enjoying each other’s company. Each year ends with a multi-day summit in Ocean City, MD reflecting on the year behind us, preparing for the year ahead of us, and ends with a holiday party to celebrate each other and the year’s accomplishments.
