Supports one or more Hybrid Advisors, Relationship Managers and/or Lead Advisors, as assigned by Executive Council.
Prepares lead advisor(s) for meetings: reviewing meeting prep and drafting recommendations on the hypos, allocations, and holdings; finalizing agenda; briefing at least 24 hours prior to meeting to generate advice & then sending meeting prep requests when applicable.
If supporting a member of Executive Council or a Relationship Manager or Lead Advisor at full client capacity the associate should: Wrap up within 48 hours after client meetings: Assist with completing final models; updating hypos with changes made (if necessary); finalizing planning memos; updating financial data and post-meeting changes in CRM; debriefing with lead advisor so e-mail can be sent to clients for follow-up, as needed.
Handles incoming and outgoing client phone calls/emails relating to financial planning action items.
Participates in all client meetings with advisor as a fully functioning second chair.
Mentors and trains other Financial Planning Associate Advisors and FPAsst’s and CSAs as needed.
Serves as the primary back up to the Lead Advisor and will communicate directly with the client regarding email questions, servicing, planning or insurance items if advisor is unavailable.
