
Sarah Clever is a concierge Internal Medicine physician with Johns Hopkins Personalized Care. Prior to that she was on the faculty in the division of General Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins. During that time she served as Assistant Dean for Medical Student Affairs. She was also extensively involved in teaching: designing and evaluating curricula, teaching medical students and supervising Internal Medicine residents in their care of patients. She has received awards for her teaching, and in 2012 she received the Johns Hopkins University Diversity Council Diversity Leadership Award. Her clinical work has been recognized multiple times through being a Castle Connolly Best Doctor in America and a Baltimore Magazine Top Doctor.
After growing up in Northern California, Sarah received her AB in History from Stanford, and her MD at Yale. She trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Washington. She then served as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar at the University of Chicago, where she received an MS in Health Studies.
Sarah lives just outside Baltimore with her two kids and their pandemic puppies, Levi and Pepper, and is looking forward to the day she can say that her amateur garden redesign is finally done.
