BFG Financial Advisors was named the 2023 Honor Roll Award winner for Women’s Representation in Leadership. The award, presented by Executive Alliance, is given to companies that have proven their commitment to advancing women within their organization, industry, and community.
With women representing a third of the firm’s C-suite team, as well as holding Director and Team Lead titles, BFG Financial Advisors has built a gender-equal firm that is continuing to mentor, empower, and advance women in finance.

The BFG team will be presented the award at a ceremony on March 23, where Ms. Nebel will be participating in a panel discussion to share strategies and best practices used to promote women.

My wife and I have been with Lena Nebel for years even before she moved to BFG. When she move to BFG but stayed with her old company as we were always happy with the relationship. How wrong we were it became very apparent the the service we recieved at her old company was driven by her and we moved to BFG. As she has gained respondsability we have worked with numerouse others at BFG and our interactions and returns allowed us to retire early and have always been great. We know without her gurdance we would not be in the position we are in and we count her as a friend as well as a business partner. It’s one of the longest lasting associations we have had and look forward to many more.
